Messages in the Deleted folder have a retention policy of 30 days, after which they will be automatically deleted. All students and alumni are provided with a Suffolk University Office 365 email account (su.) while faculty and staff are automatically provided. Messages in Inbox and Sent folders have a retention policy of 5 years.NOTE: External recipients may have smaller limits that may prevent delivery.
